The automatic welding machine is an efficient and agile machine for welding tarpaulins, awning fabrics and advertising banners. It is able to produce seams overlapping 20 or 30 mm.
By adding an optional seam welding set, the system can also be used to produce 20 mm and 30 mm seams.
To adjust the welding process to a wide variety of different materials, the welding temperature can be fine-tuned between 20 and 700 degrees.
Turning the welding head into its operating position will automatically activate the machine. The built-in motor resembles the very latest technology. It allows a processing speed up to 18 meters/min. which can be adjusted individually. In combination with a special hold down device this ensures high-quality welding results without creases.
